Oak Point is located just off Route 105 in Middleborough three miles north of Route 44 and six miles north of Interstate 495.

From Boston (approximately 40 miles):	Take 93 South to 24 South (10 miles) Take 24 South to 495 South (18 miles) Take 495 South to Exit 6 - 44 East (5 miles) Go through the Middleborough Rotary and stay on 44 East (4 miles) Take 105 North to Plain Street (2 miles) Turn left onto Plain Street, and a right into Oak Point's entrance.
From Providence (approximately 40 miles):	Take 95 North to 495 South (17 miles) Take 495 South to Exit 6 - 44 East (18 miles) Go through the Middleborough Rotary and stay on 44 East (4 miles) Take 105 North to Plain Street (2 miles) Turn left onto Plain Street, and a right into Oak Point's entrance.
From Cape Cod (approximately 30 miles):	Take 495 North to Exit 4 - 105 North (23 miles) Follow 105 North to Plain Street (2 miles) Turn left onto Plain Street, and a right into Oak Point's entrance.
From Plymouth (approximately 17 miles):	Take Exit 7 off of Route 3 to 44 West Take 44 West to 105 North (15 miles) Follow 105 North to Plain Street (2 miles) Turn left onto Plain Street, and a right into Oak Point's entrance.
